Photos - 23 April, evening

As yesterday's photos were daytime ones that I'd taken over the past couple of weeks, I thought it would be nice to take a few evening photos.

Firstly someone has had the amazingly intelligent idea of planting a bed of freesia. What a divine scent. And such an elegant and colourful flower too. Plus a couple of other flower shots.

Sunsets and sunrises are always my favourite type of photos.

Freesias used to be my mother's favourite flower - the scent is lovely.

Thank you for sharing your photos.

I love Freesias, and they grow really well here. I'm surprised that yours are still in flower; it must be a lot cooler with the Atlantic breezes? I always leave one of each group to go to seed. There are some quite amazing colour combinations that pop up.

oh those flowers, I've never smelled freesias, I have to check them out at the nursery. I was able to plant some flowers this week, it was such a wonderful feeling.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. Your flowers look so lush - - I want to sniff them through my computer screen.
